My Versa 2 stopped working last Sunday. I got straight through to customer support team by phone, went through the rigmarole fo doing all the tests and then got cut off. I phone straight back and went through the rigmarole of all test again, it still wasn't working they said it's still in warranty and I would receive 2 emails giving me options to get a replacement, I've not received any emails and the customer support by telephone has vanished and I can't find anyway of contacting customer support. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
