hello
3 days ago after a night recharge my fitbit versa stopped working.
I turded it on and is stucked on the logo sometimes while other timers total black what happend? what can I do....I tried all.....

Welcome to the form. I'm sorry to hear your Versa is stuck on the logo screen. Please give restarting it one more try. You restart by holding down the button for 10+ seconds, the screen should go black, then the Fitbit logo should appear and restart. If that doesn't do the trick, then the next step is to contact customer service HERE.

The same thing happened to my versa 2 in early August. After trouble shooting for several hours, they finally decided to ship me a replacement. Its 6 weeks now but the replacement is yet to arrive.
