Versa stuck on fitbit logo

I did a factory reset after which my watch is stuck on the fitbit logo. Have tries restarting but nothing changes.

Welcome to the forum. I'm very sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. It sounds like you have tried the things I would recommend, so the next course of action is to contact customer support HERE. I will also flag this for a moderator to see if they have any additional advice.
