Versa 2 HR

My Fitbit versa 2 says out of range constantly on the heart rate.  I cant get active minutes no matter what I do.  How do I fix this?

I had the same problem with the latest firmware update.  This thread actually has the best way to go about fixing this which worked for me:

"Out of Range" - really? If it was over your Max HR, maybe.

 

Another case (of too many to easily count) where FitBit is inconsistent - on my Versa 2 exercise applet and in the iOS app, below zone is called exactly that "Below Zone" though sometimes "Below Zones" - another inconsistency.
