Versa stuck on logo acreen

Please please help!!

I messaged a couple of weeks ago because my versa wasn't syncing.  I didn't get a fix for it but now my versa is stuck on the logo screen. I can't get onto fitbit to restart it at all. I have tried re-installing the app. Also from the app it is saying that it can't findy device and I know it is paired with my phone. Please help thanks

Do a Restart as described HERE and do it several times if necessary.

I am having the same issue. Did you ever get your working? I've tried everything and still nothing.

Hi, 

I have tried to do this many times can't get it to switch off. I fully charged it up this morning and the battery had gone just after writing the message. Now its just flashing and won't let me on.
