I noticed my Versa started to act strange when it wasnt recording my sleep or sending me notifications during the day. Then this morning I woke up to the screen being stuck on the fitbit logo. Every now and then it will go black and then the logo will reappear. It wont let me turn off/on. I did put it on the charger and it charged. Not sure what to do now with the screen constantly on.
Best AnswerI just bought a Fitbit versa. I've charge it. It's stuck on the logo but scrolls through the languages to download the Fitbit app, which I've already done. It is impossible to push on any of the buttons while it is on the charger because the charger covers up all of the buttons.
It won't turn off or reset. Is it just a dud? Is there a way to get it to work?
Best AnswerThe same thing happened to me so I decided to talk to Fitbit. They said they couldn't fix it and sent me a replacement. Two weeks later the replacement did the same think. I spoke with them again and asked for either and upgrade or refund but they said they don't do that so I'm currently waiting for my 2nd replacement. I hope the same thing doesn't happen to yours

Best AnswerI had some sync issues in my versa lite. So I reset the watch, it's nearly a year old. Now it won't go past the update screen it just shows the logo and stays stuck. I tried using different phones and even my windows 10 laptop. What should I do. Will this be covered in warranty. I'm from India. Thanks in advance

Best AnswerJust did my 2nd chat of the day & a factory reset didn't work. So I was offered a free replacement for the same model I have or 50% off a different tracker. I went with same model as don't need to spend any extra right now. So I am glad they did the right thing. I have had the run around with them before & was fully expecting it again but thankfully the resolved my issue to my satisfaction
Best AnswerAnd I am glad I didn't pay to upgrade as they no longer had my model & color choice so they upgraded me to the Versa 2 in the rose gold/pebble. YAY My faith is restored in them.
Best AnswerHi cwilsha, I tried your recommendation but after long pressing the 3 buttons, the fitbit logo doesn’t seem to reappear after couple of minutes of waiting and did not feel a strong vibration either. I don’t it work. However after sometime the screen display again the fitbit logo and won’t do anything. Please help 😞
