Versa stuck on logo screen

I woke up today to my watch being stuck on the blue logo screen. Af the r searching online, I attempted to restart and factory reset the watch, but nothing has helped. I did notice there was a watch face error yesterday, so I’m guessing it had something to do with that, however I am unable to change my watch face, as my phone can not connect to the watch in this state. 
Any ideas?
