Versa stuck on the Fitbit log screen

I got. Fitbit as a gift this year and it worked fine when I received it I even got insurance on it in case it didn't work I tryed everything with customer support and factory reset it by mistake and now I can't update it and the watch only stays in the symbol of Fitbit and it says to download the app in different language I already have the app is getting frustrating and I can't wear it I need help.

Hello @yeicira85 since you set the watch back to factory status you first need to do an add device to connect it up to your Fitbit account. 

 

It will warn you that Fitbit thinks you have a tracker already connected. Yes you will want to continue. 

 

During the setup process the latest firmware will be installed.
