Ladt few weeks syncing has been sketchy. Today no syncing at all. The app says restart bluetooth over and over again. The watch is in the app but will not sync. All other devices ate syncing with the phone. What is going on with the sync?

Usually, a hard reboot fixes that.
Hold down the left power/sleep button and bottom right button together for a few seconds, the screen will flash on and off a few times before showing the Fitbit logo, you can let go of the buttons. After that the watch will boot normally. Try syncing it to your S9+ now ^^

I just did a hard reboot on my Versa. It still isn't syncing and hasn't for 2 days now.

The procedure above is for a Soft (software) reboot.
To do a hard(hardware rebbot) requires a shutdown. Go to settings, help, shutdown on the tracker.
I would also do a shutdown off the phone.
Also please clear the fitbit cache. Phone setting -. Apps - Fitbit - Storage - Clear cache.
You will also want to remove the versa from the phones Bluetooth if the above steps fail.
