Notification vibration on my Versa not working

Hi all

my vibration on my Versa is not working only when I reach my step goal it vibrates. I have checked all setting on my Versa and on my phone and app. I tried un-pairing etc. 

It it used to vibrate but no longer does. I can see my notifications when I pull down the screen on my Versa. But I am missing calls due to not having the vibration not working. 

Please can someone help

Let me help you with your Versa notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This could be due to your phone's settings. If you have it in the do not disturb mode then your Versa won't vibrate when it gets notifications. You can check this article to learn how this feature works and how to properly set it up.
