Versa switching screens

My Versa has just started constantly vibrating and switching screens on its own, mainly to the start exercise or the notification center as if i'm checking for notifications. I have tried to restart it and I cant get it to turn off. Anyone had this? It's like 20 times a minute flicking back and forth to homepage and notifications.

@Andrea.b welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display switches screens and vibrates all of a sudden. By the way, thank you for restarting your Versa before contacting our forums.

I would like you to try changing the clock face. Make sure that the clock face is one developed by Fitbit.

If this doesn't fix the issue, please try a factory reset. To do this on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your device before the factory reset in order to avoid losing your current data.

I am having the same problem I changed the clock face it was still doing it I factory reset it. I can’t figure out what else to do
