Versa sync and pair anymore

My Versa watched stopped syncing last week. The last sync was 04.06. I did everything that was suggested from Fitbit moderators: turn on and off the Bluetooth, restart the watch, restart the phone. It is up to date as well. Anyway, nothing worked. I unpaired it since someone mentioned it here. It worked last night when I paired it again but in the morning the clock showed wrong hour and it didn't sync so I tried pairing it again but it doesn't work anymore. I connect the watch to the charger and it's charging but the Fitbit app says "are you sure your versa on?" What am I supposed to do know? Throw away the watch? It's useless now. I won't purchase Fitbit if this issue isn't solved. Obviously I'm not the only one around here.

HI @Öykü - some useful things to try.

  • logout of the Fitbit App
  • remove the Versa Bluetooth entry form the phone [unpair]
  • On Android, clear the storage cache and force stop the app, on iOS swipe off
  • restart phone and watch again
  • login to the app
  • go to the phone home screen without closing the app
  • click on the sync pop up
  • wait for pair and link popups

If that fails try after logging in

  • click profile photo
  • click "+ Set up a Device"

very often this makes a new Bluetooth pair.
