Versa sync issues

 My versa has been having troubles syncing with the app I'v undown loaded the app restart my versa and just reset everything it still won't sync.

May I ask what type of device are you having problems syncing through?

Is your Versa still connected to your account?

It is still with my account, I found out it was my phone its a mota E. I just had to restart my phone because other things was starting not to work right on my phone.
