Versa syncing and time issues

After recent updates to firmware and IOS updates my Versa is now basically worthless. Loses time and will not sync on iPhone or with windows on my laptop. I’ve been through all of the troubleshooting and logged tickets with support with no response. FitBit when will this be fixed?
