I just upgraded from Fitbit blaza to Fitbit versa today
I can pair the watch with my phone (btw I am using LG G6+) successfully,
however I am not able to sync data afterwards, no notification, etc
Every time I try to sync the watch to the app, it pops up error message of bluetooth error. There is also a red bar saying that I need to upgrade my Fitbit which i cannot do without sync with the watch
I have tried factory reset the fitibit, turn on and off the watch as well as my phone, reset the bluetooth setting etc.
I don't think it's an app or compatibility issue as my old fitbit blaza is still working perfectly.
It is a frustrating process. it would be great if someone can give me some advice. thanks

@hmchanae welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing with your phone. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.
I checked the compatible devices list and noticed that the LG G6+ is not listed. If the phone is not in the list, it may experience issues with some features, I'm afraid to say.
You can go ahead and submit a compatibility request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.
