Versa syncing issues

My fitbit versa will not sync since the app has updated plus it is not receiving texts or phone calls please fix very upset.

Hi @Rumblesk  @MelisB  What phone are you using? Isnit on the Supported Devices List?

@Rumblesk @MelisB welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @NellyG.

 

As a side note, I'd like to share this help article, which provides some troubleshooting steps for the notifications issue that your Versa watches are experiencing as well.

I am having the same issue with Samsung GS9.  Worked fine (well kind of) for a while then wouldn't sync data or even change time when I was traveling.  Tried removing app and reinstalling, no go.  Tried it on another device, nope.  Unpaired and tried repairing, nope.  Rebooted the watch, left and lower right buttons at same time.  And hallelujah it connected.

This is not the first time this has happened and it is very frustrating.

I’m having the same problem too. Device was fine for the first two weeks I owned it, then I think the app updated and now it will sync but not stay connected, and will not pair for notifications (it was fine before, iPhone 8, yes I tried everything in the help/troublyatticle)

I’m having the same issue. I’m beyond frustrated!!! My versa will not sync or connect for my runs. I had this issue several months ago, and it finally got better. Then my Fitbit app updated last week- now it will NOT sync!! 

 

Please help!

Feeling your pain...I’m within my 14 day return period with Best Buy and I might just go back to the no “bells and whistles” FitBit zip!!!
