i’ve had my versa less than a year and recently it’s hasn’t been syncing. i’ll reload it about 4 times hoping it will just magically start working. i will get notifications and play music but it won’t sync my sleep and will occasionally sync steps. this hasn’t been an issue for long but i only started noticing it a few weeks after the new software update. is something actually wrong or am i just being dumb?

Hi @lenasandlin11 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List
Try restarting the Versa several times Restart your tracker
Also uninstall the app on your phone, reinstall it and log back in as it might be an app issue.

@lenasandlin11 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the syncing issues that your Versa is experiencing. Does the issue persist or did it get resolved after following the great troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @NellyG?
As a side note, I'd like to share this help article, which contains some steps mentioned above but you can skip them if you already tried them and proceed with the rest.
