Why does it takes so long time to sync. Especially HR and sleep.

Regarding your inquiry about why your Versa takes a while to sync your data, I'd like you to make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. After this, check out if your Internet connection is strong, sync your device and see if the issue gets fixed.
Finally, let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.

I have update fitbit app and today it was really fast. I think that was The solution.
