My Versa has been falling behind on time recently - I tried resetting to try and get it to sync properly to update the clock. It would occasionally connect but the problem persisted. This morning I did a factory reset as it had totally stopped syncing - it worked initially but now won't sync at all. 😞

I had exactly the same thing 2 weeks ago, Versa running 20-25 mins slow. I spoke to live chat after over 24 hours in DM with support trying everything including a full factory reset and they arranged a replacement. I was upgraded to the Versa 2 as they had no rose gold left to replace mine.
