I updated my versa last week and ever since it will not sync properly. The time is also incorrect sometimes by only a minute or two but sometimes by quite a lot. I am having to reset it every morning so it shows the correct time some times I have to forget the device in my iPhone Bluetooth settings and this morning I had to delete my versa completely from the Fitbit app and re add it so it showed the correct time. However this does not fix the problem and the Versa won’t sync and I have to start again. Can anyone please tell me how I fix this as having a watch that tells the wrong time is pretty pointless. Thanks

Hi @vmarsh16 - for the non syncing problem have you tried also restarting the phone?
For the time issue:
First use Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds [to allow it to complete] before placing it on charge to restart it and charge it. If it's already charged just push the button for a second and wait.
If the watch still loses time in minutes per day between syncs it is faulty, A good watch should not lose/gain more than 10 seconds or so per month. My watch stays within a few seconds when synced only every 7 days or so.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.

Hi @Guy_ thanks so much for your help. Shutting down the Fitbit seems to have fixed the issue for now. It was a gift so I’ll have to check on the warranty but hopefully I won’t need it.
