Hey,

i have synced and restarted my versa 10 times in the last 3-4 weeks and every time after about 2 hours or so the watch starts to run behind (time).
like I said I tried syncing, restarting, deleting the app and reinstalling and starting from scratch, NOTHING helped. 😩😞

And now I have even trouble to connect my versa to my phone via Bluetooth, my phone can’t find my versa.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Hi @Green1207 - a good watch should not lose more than a few seconds per week.

Try logout of the app and restarting your phone and watch again by using Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu., to solve the immediate sync problem. Wait atvleast 10 seconds to allow the Shutdown time to complete.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support and they might take you through the factory reset but it may not resolve it and may kill the watch totally.

Thank you for your comment.
I have done that 5 or even more times in the last weeks. 😩 had a chat with someone and they told me to do that again.
Done that thought it’s all fixed just to find a few hours later the time is wrong again.
I’m about to just give up. 😩

@Green1207 if you did the factory reset (not just full Shutdown) and it didn't fix it, the watch is probably faulty.

Your only other option is to make sure it can sync very often which may require checking your phone battery optimization setting to make sure it doesn't shut down Bluetooth or the Fitbit app on the phone's

You can also us the SimpleCheckUp app to see on the watch how well it's syncing a d connecting.

Hello @Green1207
Along with what @Guy_  is saying , after you performed a factory reset did you set up your Versa as a new device? That might help your syncing issue. It’s certainly worth a shot. You won’t lose any of your previous data. The only data that will be lost is anything that occurred after your last successful sync. So make sure you try and sync again before starting the steps if you can. First make sure you are using the latest Fitbit App version and your phone is also updated. Next sign out of the Fitbit App. Now go to the Bluetooth settings of your phone and look for your Versa in the list of connected devices and remove it. If your on an iOS device tap Versa then tap forget this device. If your on an Android device tap it and then tap unpair. (If your Versa is not showing at all no worries just go to the next step) Now restart your phone then log back into the Fitbit App. Tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up A Device. Pick Versa from the list of trackers then follow the onscreen instructions. When it ask if you want to replace your Versa say yes.
😃 I hope this provides you with the best answer for your syncing issue and gets you back up and running again with consistency in your time issue. Please let me know.
