The touch screen does not work. Versa is about a year old, no damage at all. I do have a cover over the screen to protect it. I was able to use touch screen before. Even if I take off the cover, the touch screen does not work.
I have tried changing the clock faces, I've tried resetting it with the buttons. But nothing seems to work. I don't want to have to buy another fitbit, as it seems that after one year, they stop working or break.

@shell2bell, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touch screen is not working properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please have the battery of your watch to drain completely. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours, turn it on and see if the touch screen works properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Best AnswerIf I press and hold all 3 buttons, wait for the logo to come on, and disappear , i can use the touch screen again for a short time, I have also tried a full factory reset, again with same result.
Best AnswerUnfortunately it did not work. This was the 3rd fix I tried. If you have any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Again, always after one year my Fitbit’s die.
Best AnswerNope, that didn't work either. Anyone else with a suggestion?
