Yesterday Dec 26 2019 my Versa screen stopped responding to touch. Today I reset the watch which did not fix it. Then I did a factory reset but it still did not fix the issue. It needed to be reset again after the factory reset because touch screen inputs are required when initiating the Versa. I called customer service who promptly told me there is no warranty because I bought it through an unauthorized ebay seller. I've had many issues with multiple Fitbit Surge watches in the past and was hoping the Versa would be an improvement on durability. Unfortunately my view on these watches has not changed, however I really like the watch design and the fitbit app. Has anybody else found a fix for a relatively new (3 months old) Versa with a faulty touch screen?

@KevinMu, welcome to our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry about the screen issue that your Versa experienced.
I'm also sorry to hear that your watch is not covered by the warranty since it was purchased from an unauthorized retailer. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
