My Versa touch screen is very slow to respond and often doesn’t work at all. I am able to get to the treadmill function under exercise but I am unable to select the start button. I’ve tried charging and restarting it. Any advice?

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Given that you have already tried restarting, I'd suggest doing a Factory Reset.
