Versa touch screen won't respond

My Versa touchscreen was slow to respond for last few days and has stopped responding. I have read other posts and did the factory reset and reinstalled my Versa. Unfortunately I still am unable to use the touchscreen. Where should I go from here? Any help appreciated.
