I understand there are a lot of these posts, but I just got my Versa and it seemed to be okay when I took the device out of the package and was able to charge it to 94%. This morning, when I went to check my heart rate and sleep from last night, it wasn't seeing a heart rate. I also couldn't even use the touch screen on the device, its like it couldn't sense me tapping the screen. (there was no green indicator light to say the device was actually reading anything). I tried to turn off the Versa and turn it back on, but it won't even turn on. I have tried to put it on the charger and it isn't even responding to that.

Regarding the touchscreen and charging issues that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
