I’ve read the other posts about non responsive touchscreens and tried all levels of reboot multiple times. How do I contact customer support for a replacement? I’m not seeing a link anywhere on the website...

Is it a Versa2? How long have you had it? I’ve had mine just over a year (naturally out of warranty) and tried turning off/on, did a factory reset, finally contacted customer support and was basically told nothing they can do, sent me a discount code to buy a new one...so products are only made to last a year?

Same way you got to this forum, with in the app is a link called help articles I think? Click that and towards the bottom it said contact us. Gives the option for a live chat, or to call them.
