Versa touchscreen not responding

My Versa touchscreen has stopped working - it does not respond to swipes or taps. I've restarted it twice. I tried changing the clock face but it wouldn't change. 

My current clock face will cycle through stats and vibrate a bit when I touch it. Now that's happening in clusters without me touching it (or maybe it's very delayed?).

Buttons are working. Sync is working.

Now the screen is filling with random black/blank vertical lines. 😭

Now it's half blank and cycling through my stats randomly on it's own. 😭
