Is anyone else finding that the versa touchscreen is not very responsive?
When I tap, I have to make sure that I tap "just right", or the tap does not get registered at all.
This makes interacting with the device quite difficult, especially for tasks such as entering a pin code. (I will not be trying to use the "pay" feature anytime soon.)
Is it just my device?

One single tap on bottom left corner seems to work for me

Just got my Versa 3 two days ago and I have had the same experience too. Sometime it works with no problem and other times it does take a couple of taps to get it going. If the problem persists I'll get in touch with Fitbit support.

Good tip.

Hello I definitely agree with you. I only had my Versa for a little over a year and my screen went black yesterday. Finally today it’s on but screen is unresponsive to touch. SMH like you say I believe it’s a ploy to make you buy another. Customer service said I wasn’t under warranty and would have to replace it . They was offering a 35 percent discount. I wasn’t feeling that offer at all. I haven’t had this one that long.

Same issue here, I've had this Versa2 about 2 years, touchscreen just lost almost all sensitivity. I've tried restarting and a hard reset to no avail.
