My Versa touchscreen does not work most of the time. Doing the reset by holding the left and bottom right buttons until you see the logo worked for a while. The problem is becoming more persistent. Yesterday for the first time the buttons didn't work either. I did yet another reset and they started working again. I did the reset 6 times in a row and touchscreen still not working. The thread I thought I found for this turned out to be the wrong Fitbit. Help.
UPDATE: After contacting fitbit customer service, they are sending me a new one. I explained all the resets I had already done and did not have to jump through hoops. My Versa is less than 1 year old, the problem is now persistent, even when it is 100% charged. They asked me to do the reset 1 more time, which I did then said look for an email about a replacement. Yay! I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.

Touch screen function is not working. I have done a two button reset, no improvement. I've also done the three button factory reset, no improvement. I know these are crazy times, but hoping for some direction on what else to try.
Thanks!

Same here. The clock face does not appear with motion and at times the side button will not do anything. In the rare occasion where it does come on, the touchscreen does not work.
I have tried multiple factory resets. The issue persists with no custom clock faces or apps installed.

Same here! I have to start it up over and over whenever the screen won’t work!

Hi CathyAK. I've had this issue for a while too and I think I made a breakthrough! First though, do check whether you can send it back to Fitbit for a replacement under the 2 year warranty - I understand Fitbit support have been very helpful and they were with me but unfortunately I purchased the Versa from an unapproved vendor (the downside of shopping for a bargain!).
Anyway, I found when I disabled the option for the Versa to show the time when moving your arm up to your field of vision the touchscreen works without issue. This option is called "Quick View" in the Fitbit app on your phone and you want to switch it off. This option is called "Screen Wake" in the options on the Versa and you want to set it to manual.
The obvious downside is you need to hit a button to view the time on the Versa which for a watch is a shame.
