The touch screen on my versa is unresponsive. I've already done a factory reset and it hasn't made any difference

Hi @DaisyAnne, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the touchscreen issue that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the touchscreen feature works properly.
