Versa touchscreen stopped working

I can't get to anything using the touchscreen on my versa. It randomly pops up the alarm screen or the start am exercise screen all on its own. It says I've been active for 600 minutes today! I assure you I have not been active for 10 hours. Ha! I tried resetting it three times now and it's the same. Help!
