Versa tracking stats during weight sessions

Hi I hope someone can help please as I’m really frustrated with my versa. Since lockdown I’ve been doing couplet full body weights workouts for over an hour with little rest but when I track the session on my watch I only receive around 11 active minutes and my calorie burn Was around 200 which is really low for an intense workout. My husband  does the same workout and his calorie burn can often be nearly 600, he’s obviously bigger but he doesn’t need 3x the calories for the equivalent exercises. I’ve just started jogging (Slowly with lots of walking at minute) and get around 350 calories for 35 minutes. 
it seems like there’s no point in wearing it as I’m not getting close to my daily calorie target with over an hours exercise whereas friends who don’t exercise regularly reach theirs.
