Usually my Versa tracks my sleep just fine. This morning, however, was a different matter. I got up at 5, and I exercised. I literally have an exercise on my Versa that says I was exercising for 45 minutes starting at 5:22 am. But somehow, I was apparently still asleep while I was doing that, because my Versa says I woke up at 8:12. I managed to figure out how to manually change the time, but I have no sleep score or graph, just the usual one you get when there isn't enough information that just shows when you were restless or awake. It just seems so odd. My heartrate was obviously way too high for me to be awake and yet, it thinks I was asleep. Anything I can do about this?
