Versa only displays the Fitbit symbol.  Tried resetting and factory reset.

As well as the fitbit symbol does it also show the fitbit.com/setup link? If it has been factory reset then it needs to go through the setup process again. On the main dashboard page of the app select your profile image at the top left and then select "set up a device".
