Versa unable to be updated

I just bought a versa and its on version 32.33.1.30 while the latest update is version 32.68.9.15. However, i cant seem to find the update button for my versa and this makes me unable to download spotify. Anyone know what i did wrong?

There is no update button.  The update show up on the Fitbit app on the phone.  If the phone connects to the internet the app should notice that there is an update and will ask you if you wish to install it.

Yeah I know I mean my app doesn't show the update button and both my fitbit and phone are connected to wifi

Yea Im having the same issue, I would like to know aswel. Mine is also Firmware version: 32.33.1.30

edit: Yep I don't got it, I dont get a update prompt

edit2: I went to help: Check for Versa Update. It says Versa is up to date. even though it's not the latest firmware.

edit3: Then I go to spotify, and it says that I don't have the latest version on my fitbit device. Fitbit app on phone is updated.

LastEdit: I uninstalled the fitbit app, removed my fitbit from bluetooth. Did a factory reset, setup my versa again and installed a update, through Wi-Fi now im on Firmware version: 32.33.1.30 again

Try doing an Add Device and choose the option to replace the Versa with your Versa.

If this doesn't work, then contact Fitbit. I believe they can flag your tracker to update. Or maybe contact them first.

Just to reply to you Rich_Laue customer service left me in the dark and told me there are no pending updates for my device even though im running a very old version.

 

It streams down to, I should have never wasted my money on this versa, I have a negative experience with fitbit now.

@Hipnois, please give a try to the steps described in this help article and make sure your watch is plugged into the charging cradle. If you're still not prompted to update the Versa, let me know your phone's model and OS version.

I wanted to update you guys, I received the update today finally. Took like more than 1 week but my versa is finally up to date.
