Report fitbit account hacked and Versa unable to pair.

29th Mar - Received email from fitbit someone changed my email account from to ipicita@yahoo.com

2nd Apr - Unable to log in fitbit. Re-register new account used back old email ID

My device is now unable to pair to my Samsung Note 9. Error message stated device is block as suspected reported stolen. I don't understand, i am the owner but why my device is being blocked by Fitbit.

I have device physically with me and has snapped photo of packaging with serial number to Fitbit. Please help solve this issue as soon possible as my Versa is bricked, unusable. Purchase receipt is also available upon request.
