My Fitbit was acting a little slow to respond (nothing serious, worked totally fine, just slow to respond when I tapped the screen), so I went into my settings and pushed the factory reset option. Up until I did that the watch was working. Turning on, charging - everything. So I push the factory reset in settings and then the whole thing turns off, totally black, the little lights on the back are no longer lit up. I tried doing the whole, hold down all three buttons thing except the logo never came back up. I tried plugging it back in and that didn't work. I tried getting help from the online chat and he had zero information. How is it that the factory reset that is supposed to FIX problems totally KILLED MY WATCH?! It this a tactic to get people to buy new products? Does anyone know any tricks to get it to turn back on?

Its a known problem that the factory reset may kill the watch. They sent me a replacement for mine when that happened.
