versa (original?) won’t load my bitmoji clock face, been like it four around 4 hours now. please help

Try restarting both your watch and phone and make sure that there are no other nearby Bluetooth devices on, to ensure they sync properly and try again.

@ellie_h Thanks for the details shared in your post. Some clock faces may take a long time to install due to the size of the clock face. I recommend connecting the watch to Wi-Fi when installing clock faces. You can confirm the steps to install the Bitmoji clock face at How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
