Versa unsyncing from app

The past few days I have had to keep trying to sync my Versa with the app. Today it won't sync at all. I don't want to uninstall coz i don't want to lose all my data history I have collected. Any advice please

Uninstalling the app will not lose anything but probably will not help.

Try these steps.
