Versa / versa lite / versa 2

Hi I've been trying to find a complete list side-by-side differences of the above three products. But I keep finding websites with a lot of information that I'm not looking for. Looking to find out the exact differences and features of each individual piece.

** I am also looking to find specifically if the three products contain the same mechanisms in each watch. I don't know the technical names of the pieces, but the things that count stairs and steps and things like that. Exactly what are the main differences between the three watches. Any help is appreciated thank you
