Versa watch has been saying the wrong time and steps

Hi can anyone please help I have been having problems with my Versa watch I recently bought a new phone and the last couple of days my versa has been saying the wrong time and steps, I re downloaded the fit bit app to start a fresh with my watch as was told too and now the app is saying its found my versa but it won't connect, thanks

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?
