I have cleaned it.
I have pressed the buttons for the logo to appear and nothing.
I have plugged it into an outlet or USB and the only thing that shows is 0%.
I have left it on the charger for hours and it is still at 0%.
I have done all of these steps under the instruction of the fitbit live chat with Reen and Jason and each time they have said I'd be eligible for a replacement and when I give my information country, purchase date, and location they have discontinued the chat afterwards.
