@CarlaCosentino what phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? If it is not, it doesnt necessarily mean it wont work, but let us know.

I am using Samsung Galaxy S7...it should be fine. Still not able to get watch to do anything. Screen is on 'setup'...as if it doesn't know I have already downloaded the app.

Is there a computer you could use to set it up? I always set my new devices up via computer as sometimes it's a little faster.

Best AnswerI am having the same issues. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and my watch is still displaying the screen telling me to download the app. Everytime I go to the app and try to get a watch face it tells me "This clock cannot be installed on your device"
