Versa white screen

My versa has a white screen and I can see nothing. Tried to reset and nothing happened.  It hasn't got a damaged screen so not sure what else to do. It asked to be linked to the account again the other day like it didnt exist anymore so had to remove and add the app on phone again so hoping it's a glitch and not needing a new face. Can anyone help please? Thanks
