My Fitbit used to sync up just fine. But it will no longer sync up. I have tried to manually sync it, update the Fitbit, update my iPhone 8, but I cannot seem to get it to sync anymore. Any suggestions?

Same thing with me. Every time I try to sync it it just keeps on spinning and, eventually, Versa resets itself. I've logged out of the app and back in. Same issue. The app syncs fine with Aria.
Last ditch effort suggested by my teenager: try syncing while connected to charger. It worked! I had the watch charging and then opened the app and got it to sync.It has been working correctly since then.
Best AnswerThanks. That didn't work for me, though. It just keeps trying to sync and it gets stuck halfway. I deleted Versa from my Fitibt app and readded it and so far it's good.
