Versa will not charge

My Versa has been plugged in for over 24 hours and will still not charge.  There is no damage to the fitbit or charger.  Help!

How did you fix it?  Mine is not dead, but I can’t get it to turn off.  I’m charging it hoping to bring it back but no luck.

I pressed and held in all three buttons for a few minutes.

Held all three buttons in for about 15 secs then fitbit logo came on then display came up 10 secs later then I put it on charge cause there  was only 5%

This cured the problem when the watch gave no display
