As of this morning, my Versa will sync everything EXCEPT sleep. I have tried every troubleshooting item I've found in this forum including:
1) Restarted Versa (multiple times)
2) Toggling Bluetooth on and off (multiple times)
3) Confirming that I have the latest Fitbit app update on phone
4) Restarting phone (Samsung Galaxy S9)
5) Deleting and reinstalling Fitibit app on my phone
6) Syncing the Versa to another device (Windows laptop using Fitbit app for Windows)
I'm at a loss... what other options do I have?

1. Check the last time your Versa did sync. From phone app dashboard, click Versa icon near top right. Near the top, it will show last time synced.
2. Is sleep showing on your Versa? From main clock screen, scroll down through 'Today' to see if it show sleep there.

It's syncing everything else, so last sync is just a couple minutes ago.
Looks like it did not track any sleep at all on the Versa last night. So what's the fix for that?

Did you check last sync the way I asked, or just assuming it synced because phone stats look up-to-date?

I'm sorry my response wasn't crystal clear enough. I followed your precise instructions and checked to see when the Versa last synced with the phone. I just did it again and even took a screen shot for proof just in case you still have doubts.

Sorry, I didn't mean to offend you, but many people look at the phone app and see their steps are updating and assume that means it is doing full sync (not necessarily true), so don't actually bother to check last sync time.
The only other thing I can think of to check is to look at at the heart rate graph to check if it has been recording steadily overnight. The way to see the best detail of that is on the fitbit.com dashboard, looking at the wide graph with 2 drop-down menus at right and choosing heart rate and daily.

Looks like tracker did not collect any heart rate info overnight last night (it starts back up at about 5:45 a.m. which was when I was in the midst of the various troubleshooting steps noted above. I will see if it picks up tonight's sleep - in the course of my attempted troubleshooting noted above, I may have wiped out any heart rate / sleep data that the tracker had stored (if any).

It could be your tracker is moving around on your wrist at night so not getting readings to detect sleep. Might try making a notch tighter if it is loose, or repositioning on arm, or could even try switching to other arm.

Seems to be good now. Last night's sleep was tracked. Thanks fir the additional ideas.

I am having the same problem. It will sync everything but sleep. I've rebooted and updated my phone. Rebooted 3-4 times actually. When I look at the "today" app on the phone it shows no sleep last night.
Last sync shows 10 minutes ago but I have synced it at least 10 times today. Connected it to wifi at work to make sure it had the ability to sync.
Just cannot get sleep to sync at all. And up until today it has been fine for the two months I had the watch. It isn't loose on my wrist at night or right now. It simply will not sync sleep. Should I get a new watch? I am tired of messing with it.

I am having the same issue and am really tired of messing with it. I looked at other trackers and sadly, there aren't any that are rated any better (on Amazon) except for the high dollar Garmin. I had a Garmin and it did not work well either. Not much else you can do. If you do find a solution, let us know.
