My Versa will not sync to my iPhone. I’ve had so much trouble with this and have tried multiple times to resolve this on my own. Factory reset has worked twice but only for a short while before acting up again, haven't been able to sync since 11-2-18.
I'm very frustrated that this is an ongoing issue and would like this resolved.

My Versa #1 had a problem after a couple of months with the screen going crazy and not working. The good about that Versa is it synced ever time! The Versa I have now as they replaced the first one is the syncing is terrible. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. I can spend an hour going through all the different steps and nothing. Other times it just works out of the blue! I am seriously considering going with the apple watch at this point as the frustration level is so dang high! I don't want to spend my life syncing my watch, I have better things to do with my time!

There does seem to be a QC issue with the Charge2/3 and Versa - and it always seems to be outside the 45 day "no quibble" return period. You do have a 1 year warranty though (2 if you are in EU). R-
