For several reasons the Verda will not symbolize the correct date & time. It’s aggravating, I have several Fitbit but this will definitely be my last device from Fitbit

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After you've done this, sync your tracker and monitor it in order to see if the time doesn't go wrong again.

Hello. I also have a new Versa 4 that will not sync. I referred to the help article mentioned by ManuFitbit -- but it doesn't list the Versa among the other models referenced. How to reset a Versa?
